Lighting Design
Every design we do is different, but they all share the same core values. We split your home up into different areas and assess your needs in each space. We take your likes, dislikes and Pinterest boards and come up with a technical design for all areas of your home. We then run through this with you and present proof of concept where required.
We take all the guess work out of the equation and present all the technical documents to your contractors and make sure all trades know exactly what we are trying to achieve and how it affects their individual scope.
You have the choice of self-management (with our guidance) from the point of first fix or we can provide a management service with periodical site visits and checks, ensuring all is ready for commissioning.
Concept
The initial design phases are very visual, with lighting effects used rather than individual fittings. Once we know what look and feel you are going for, we can then start to piece together the correct fittings.
Design
We then put together a detailed design and cost out all associated fittings, cables and drivers. This part is broken down into individual rooms so you can see how the entire design is structured.
Technical
All the required drawings, documents and spec sheets are collated ready for your team on site. The information needed on site effects most of the trades involved, so needs to be very detailed.
